So.. last night i finished my dash illumination LED conversion.

Straight forward like I knew it would be from taking apart my dash numerous times.

Thanks to this site, and all the DIY'ers that like to take everything apart to mod, I took apart my new Alpine deck face. Its blue and red stock (but i can change the colors for green, amber or all red), but the screen was white.....so... i ripped it apart.

My wifes SLR was dead, so sorry for the blackberry photos.



Here is the removeable face of the deck. Bought this deck for the built in bluetooth/USB/Ipod. Awesome deck!!



Here its apart. I did sweat a bit since at first it didnt feel like it was just going to seperate....then it did.

Like i said before....sorry for crappy pictures!







Pictures always seem to capture hot spots, but you cant see them with the naked eye at night. (during the day I can notice them)
