Thanks guy's I may peel off the bottom vinyls, and vht those as well. I like the look of the headlamps that really looks good. Beats bakeing them. You said the oem's would not seal right, can you explain that? The lenses did'nt warp on you, did they? If it is a true sealant problem, I would of used rvt black, really good stuff.imo. But the headlamps you ended up with are just as good . i have a backup pair of headlamps I will be baking apart, too fix some issue's, Other than that it is what it is.
Well i messed up when i baked them and took apart the lense from the headlamp part. i broke alot of the clamps that they hooke together with so when i sealed it back up i had to duct tape the lense on so the sealant could dry lol, but the left light turned out perfect but as for the right light it fogged on the side a little bit (not much at all) but enough to bother me like crazy, i and going to redo my whole front end with a shiny gloss black so it will match my headlights better, and it will match my rims and bull bar better too..... the good thig about havin those head lights is i am going to paint the eyelids on them so i can get them perfect for wheni do the lights on my truck.
yeah i saved them just incase i need one like right then and there, yeah i might by another set off ebay an try again, becuz they look good when they are the same color as my front end, unlike now the headlights are a shiny black while my front end is satin lol
