I wanted to know where I can find a dealer that I could send a catalog where you can find all the parts (engine) FOR A DODGE RAM 1500 2005.
Maybe a detailed catalog.

MOPAR.com has an online PDF allowing you to get parts and part numbers for basically any engine that they are supporting to date. You'll have to look around a little bit to find it, but it is around. They are also in the process of adding in an online shopping system as well, but it's not as refined just yet.

 

Or you can look in my signature link and download them from there. I have both the parts catalogs and service manuals available.
