RWHP always varies from one Dyno to the next, but a legit dyno that doesn't have inflated numbers will show between 250-270rwhp. These trucks vary considerably within themselves to begin with. Drivetrain loss is pretty large.
6" will look pretty nice.
make sure you check out the FAQ section as there are Lift, Wheel, Tire threads that may give you all the info you are looking for plus there are lots of pics too.

Last stock truck I physically saw on a dyno was an '05, QCSB 4x2 and if I remember right it was like 248. The truck was at KRC for some major work (CAM, tune, CAI, Headers, etc.) and the owner wanted a before and after dyno.

Losses are among the worst on Dodge vehicles. I saw a comparison once between a 5.7 Ram and a 5.7 Titan and the Ram lost about 28% thru the drivetrain, whereas the Titan only lost about 16%...

Or the Titan (triton?) down plays their HP for eco reasons.
