No guarantees. Do a search, a good many guys have had wobble, vibration issues with simple coil spacers on the coil front 1500s. A good many have no issues, too. Seems to be hit and miss. I know more than a few have taken them back out they've been so bad.
I know with the torsion front ('02-'05) 4x4s, things are solid with 2" levels, 2.5" can start to get a bit rough.

I would stay away from the spacer style level. As hammer said a lot of issues contributed to using this style lift. I have the Bilstein leveling shocks in the front and they are totally awesome. You get a premium shock and a lift all in one with a lifetime warranty and they were designed not to wear out the front end unlike spacers. You can not go wrong. I look at it like this (my opinion so don't bash me guys), you can put something cheap in your truck and pay for it in the end, or pay for it up front and get quality with out the headaches. Do a search you will find a bunch of info on this question.. SEARCH, SEARCH, SEARCH. Plus my local Dodge garage said they would still warranty my front end with these shocks installed, however if I installed anything else like puck style level they would not. A buddy and I installed them in about 3hrs. Go to Bilsteins web page and read up about the 5100 series ride height shock. Good luck which ever decision you make, your truck will look much bigger with the front end up.
