being that it is a 2500 would need a little more info before i could comment. Does it got a Hemi or Diesel? My 1500 has a DSP 93 CMR tune i really felt the change once the shift poits were changed, so i don't know how much you would feel if it is a hemi other than maybe the increase in gas milage.

I do believe there is a tuner for you. But because of you having a manual you aren't going to see great improvements with a tuner due to the fact that they are mainly tuning the auto transmission. I say you cam that bitch up and diablo custom tune it.
