I stand corrected. I narrowed my search to tires at or over 32", not figuring someone would want a tire smaller than 32" on a full size truck. But the Blizzak in it's largest size (31.8") would work as well...

Firestone transforce A/T. Good wear, Quiet running, $159.00/tire for 245/75/17 E load. Run them on my 2WD and Tow 8-10,000 lb trailer quite often. That is all my uncle who is a mason runs on his 96 F250, and he tows a large skidloader all of the time.

Small correction: I don't run Blizzak W965 because I don't need 10ply for the winter so I put Blizzak DM-V1 with lower load index but I assume that W965 will behave in the same manner as mine. We had temperature between -5 to +2 this weekend so roads are pretty icy and I didn't have any problem with my Blizzaks. Traction is very good, now I'm waiting for the deep snow
