Default Interior door panels

Can someone tell me how to take off the interior door panels on a 2008 - 1500 quad cab? I have noise issues that the dealer can't figure out but I'm sure I can once I get inside. Also, I'd like to replace the factory speakers.

a phillips head behind the door handle, and another behind where the side view mirror is...two more at the bottom of the plastic panel about 8inches from the ouside

A t30 holding the door handle on, you will see it with a flashlight

lift up on the panel, and then unhook the harnesses to the door switches

Matt99 is spot on, just don't try to pry it. It is not held together with the old style plastic button screws. It just lifts off after you unscrew it, if you can not figure it out go ask your dealer to show you and they should be more than willing to advise you. Just don't pry or pull to hard as it really does just come right off by lifting it..
