headman long tubes with a mandrel bent 3 inch y into a single 3 inch pipe up along pass. side of motor then to a t-6 flange with a 81mm borg warner t-6 turbo 3 inch outlet and 3 inch v-band to a 3 inch down pipe currently open.....i run a 60mm v-band wastegate mounted right before the turbo flange(open to atmosphere) and then a k&n filter on the turbo to 3 inch intercooler piping with a water to air intercooler and HKS ssqv (mat black) blow off valve. I run the srt4 map sensor with ford 03 cobra #39 lbs injectors ( around a 550cc) and the perfect power smt8 piggy back.

right now its currently being tuned....so idk about full boost at what rpm yet, but from what its doing right now if i even touch the gas more than 1/4 close to 1/2 its start to make boost right over 2400rpm....

nice very nice. how do you think that intercooler will do? how big is the heat exchanger? cant wait to see it ripping up some tires

 

The motor should hold up fine its the transmissions longevity i'd be worried about.

 

tranny has a fresh build on it and i have the line pressure mod with a 3 k stall converter . soon to have a sharadon valve body stage 3 ....and my rear end is forged axles with a detroit locker and 456's

 

looks wicked!, i am shortly going to be doing a front mount borg warner turbo set up on my ram 1500 with the 5.9l can't wait!

What are you using for the tune?

 

perfect power smt8 for now, i may trade for a smt6 and use a map hemifever sent me for the smt6 but im doing my custom tune on the smt8 for now

 

What are you using for a fuel pressure regulator ?
And fuel pump ?
