Was wanting to know how much i could ask for my 2006 ram 1500 QC 5.7L hemi w/MDS 4x4 Short bed w/ sport trim,
It's got power everything( sunroof, rear sliding window, adjustable pedals, mirrors, drivers seat) running boards, linex bedliner, night runner headlights, black housing LED tail lights, tow package, K&N air intake, fabtech 6" lift with 35" toyo MT's on 18" black Goliath wheels, skid plates installed by manufacture, 6 disc cd with satellite radio, infinity speakers, middle console storage, heated mirrors, 40/60 split rear bench flip up seats with fold out platform. I hydrolocked my engine back in '07 and my insurance covered a new engine to be installed. (no other water damage.) There's 65k miles on the body and 34k miles on the new engine installed by my local dodge dealership.
My truck is black, and has no dents or scratches. just two minor dings in my windshield that i had filled, any ideas of what my asking price should be?

 

remember that a lift and other accessories doesnt always help your price. I think you could get 18k maybe a little more, but these things are selling for practically nothing around here

What does KBB say your truck is worth? Your truck sounds pretty stock aside from the tires and lift. Everything else like the CAI and lights are minor.

 

for my area it says 21k. I just found out my transmission is defective so i'll be getting a new transmission from Dodge sometime this week. So soon i'll have a new transmission and an engine that has 34k miles on a body with 65k

 

I bought my 2008 about 4 mos ago with 30k on it, Hemi QC Sport Big Horn with Chrome 20's and power everything for $18k.

 

what happened with your trans?

 

Defective? Or or fluid was never changed? Your lucky they are covering it. I know a lot of dealers would argue that the lift would knock the tranny out of warranty. but any ways, trade in at the dealer is 14k tops. retail, 19=18. And thats being generous..Earlier this year that same truck would go for 22k with lower miles. Idk bout the newer engine and tranny, people tend too shy away from reworked models. But others flock too them as a deal. who knows.
