Hello, we are new to this forum, not quite sure why since we own several Dodge's 1997 3/4T is the one I have a question about referencing the overdrive button on the dash above the cup holder. Could anyone please tell us if when the light is on the overdrive is off, or is it just the opposite ?

When the light is on the o/d is off!!!

 

You could easily get out there and drive it and push the button and see which is off and on but Dakota Raven has it right.
