Default 4" spacers in the front and blocks int the back? Or just pony up for the real deal?

I have an 07 Ram 1500 4x4 quad cab with a Hemi. My question is as follows...(I think I might already know the answer)
I just want to lift the 2007 for looks. (I have 2 other trucks lifted for off roading and hunting) Is it going to mess things up if I buy the 4" strut spacers and blocks off ebay? How will those affect my ride and my alignment....I just put new BFG's on so I dont want to ruin them yet.

Basically I know the pro's to the spacers are inexpensive and easy.....what are the cons?

I'm prety sure they are all spindle lifts....been finding them for $1200-1500 for the more expensive ones, havent really seen any that come with new coils. Just bought this truck last week and havent gotten a chance to really see what is out there

not a spindle lift...and a strut spacer will NOT be over 3"

please post the link so we dont advise you wrongly. the strut spacers degrade ride and cause the need for alignement. Check out Bilstien 5100 lift struts
