Default Halo / HID question

I am looking to get some halo / projectors and I want to order HIDs to go with them at the same time.

Anyone have any sugestions for this set up?

I almost went with this set up from carID
http://www.carid.com/2004-dodge-ram-...tor-83457.html

But after reading so many posts of people having HID problems I was going to go with the really expensive HIDs from http://www.retro-solutions.com and buy some ebay projectors.

They have it 100% plug and play i guess, with the Canadian version with the DRLs option.

Im not sure on what kind of bulbs are needed for halo / projectors.

The halo headlights you see for sale everywhere with projectors are made for halogen bulbs and not HID bulbs. The light output is different and if you really want to do it right and get the best out of HIDs then you need HID projectors and not halogen projectors.

HID projector retrofits can be costly but look the best. You can look on several HID forums and do your own retrofitting.
