I've been debating this as well for a long time. I have a few crappy ideas doodled up but i cant decide on what way to go. I'm pretty much right along the same lines as what your thinking of doing. Good luck on the build and keep us updated on progress. This might give me the motivation to try n find time to fab somethin up.

I am in constant email contact with a company about the grill mesh. Trying to figure out what mesh/size will work best for me. Hopefully will have that ordered by the end of next week. Then once it comes in I need to buy some sheet metal and experiment with the cutting of it. I am really worried about the sheet metal to be honest. I have NO experience with it and nothing to work with it. So that is going to be fun...

Nope, on back burner as I am considering selling the truck. Trying to fix a few little odds and ends to bring it up to par for the asking price.

I agree, but I just don't see it happening right now. I have other things that I feel like they "need" to be fixed/modded first.
