This might be obvious, but your mood has a lot to do with mileage. Use your cruise control as much as possible, and accelerate as easily as traffic allows.

I started setting my cruise at 5 MPH over the speed limit (a decrease of 10 MPH for me), and saw my MPG go up 1.5 - 2.

This is too little, I can make 550-600 km on one tank. What octane do you use?

Yea the plugs will be interesting..... Its so high the truck ill have a hard time getting to the back plugs and it looks like the driver side rear plugs are pretty tight with the brake thingy, ill need a ladder or something haha... Another problem i'm having is getting 16 plugs most places only have 8 and when I tell them I need 16 there like no you don't its a V8 you only need 8.... I try to tell them it has 2 per cylinder but they don't seem to comprehend. HAHA Did you notice an increase in MPG when you did the plugs? My last cottage run cost me i'd say about $130 as its 250km each way and I wasnt gonna push it that last 30 odd KM on the line. Luckily I didnt because i put in 97 liters to fill it back up and the tank is a 98 liters so it was pretty much bone dry
