Yeah but with the OP's rims being a two-tone, i think he could get away with his bumpers being chrome, thats why i suggested just doing the badges.

I could... but that lip on the rims is a "machined" lip... not chrome... it is acctually a very dull metal... not very shining at all

How did you paint your chrome? I always heard that painting chrome was extremely difficult. I was thinking of powder coating.. I hear thats a little easier to do on top of chrome. Either way the paint shop would be doing it... not me...lol

my bumpers/wheels were powdercoated and I painted the grille. Good prep is key

hmmm... wonder what it would cost to have a shop do it.... might have to look into that
