Default Lift and tire size need your input

Ok so im finally going to get a lift for my truck. I dont want anything too big but I am really wanting a leveling kit with 3 inch in the front and 1 or 2 inch lift in the back. The problem I have right now is I have toyo A/T tires. They are 285/70/17. They look a little small now. I have my T bars cranked about 2 inches. What do you all think? would they look stupid with that much of a lift or would it be perfect.

Keep them until you need new ones and buy bigger later if thats what you want to do. Or buy one tire at a time until you have a full set or find a good used full set for sale.

That was my plan. wear these down then get new ones. I really want 35's but my problem is that I dont want to spend all that money and then it would look dumb But i think 35's would look good under it

I think 35s with that amount of lift would look good but price some 37s or 38s and see the cost difference and then decide

Three inches of keys or crank is a LOT of stress on the CV axles. You'd be better off leaving the keys cranked at 2" and doing a body lift to bring everything up 3" uniformly. A body lift does not add any angle to the CVs. That will give you 5" in the front and 3" in the rear which should be pretty much level and give you a real good height for 35s...
