Default CGS Intake

has anyone heard of these? i found a vid on youtube and it seems to be a short ram setup that sounds great.. will a short ram like this be better than stock?

Looks like every other ebay CAI I see. I doubt 13hp to the rear wheels though. MAYBE to the crank but not to the rear wheels.

did you see how much they wanted for the cgs? no freakin way id buy it it says $315 retail then you do a search for it and the cheapest ive found is $278 im thinking a cheapo ebay is looking better and better

It is nothing any different than all the other cheap intakes on ebay that sell for a fraction of the cost.

Ebay intakes are decent for look good. All the cheap ones are metal. Look at the good ones by K&N or S&B and see they are made from a plastic. I assume ABS molded or some sort of composite.

Metal will heat soak whereas plastic will not as much.

There are lots of guys on here that make their own PVC intakes

This is my variant and personal project
