Default Skid plates ?

Were there optional skid plates available for my 2007 Ram 1500 4x4 from the factory ?? Do any of you know of any aftermarket skid plates available for an '07 1500 ? Mostly the Oil Pan, but also the tranny/T-case ,too.

No problem, I HIGHLY suggest everyone to download both the Parts and Service Manuals for their own future references.
