Hello all. I have an 08 1500 quad that I would like to ugrade the audio system with perhaps a nice Pioneer head unit, a sub under the rear seat and replace the door speakers with some infinity kappa 60.9 components.
The main question I have is that I would like to still be able to use the Uconnect system as it works with the stock radio.
Has anyone here performed this upgrade? And if so, did you get the Uconnect to work with your upgraded stereo and which one did you install or have installed?

No you would not be use it. Just get you a head unit that supports bluetooth phone. There are several units out there just matter how much you want to pay and features you want.

 

Agreed. My Pioneer AVIC has a add-on for BT and I loved it.
