100watt Hellas

If you are running 100watt bulbs and you installed your kit with the wire supplied you should go down a size in wire, meaning bigger wire. Here is a guide that will help you decide what you'd like to do to prevent a premature melt down. http://www.bcae1.com/wire.htm . I can only suggest to you that you should use 12awg wire, and rewire the entire thing to protect your truck. As far as fuse, well the lower amp you use the easier it will be to blow, using 2 100watt bulbs and 12awg wire you should use a 20 watt fuse or smaller no larger.

the posts in the faq section are spot on about light wiring. i know a lot of guys who run higher wattage lights than what the wiring is rated for and almost none have a problem but then every once in a while you hear about that one guy who had his truck burn to the ground. it's just good insurance to use proper wiring.
