Default Hesitation/flat spot

I have a 2007 1500 4wd Big horn with the 4.7 flex fuel. Between 35 and 45 the engine bogs down and then picks back up, any ideas. Also having a vibration issue between 60 and 70, it does it on the acceleration and decel. I've replace, brakes, rotors, struts, right side hub and axle, still having a bad vibration, but it's just from 60 to 70. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

For the bogging down, I don't have a clue but for the vibration could be a tire problem.

My 04 has this at a certain RPM. I got rid of the stock air intake and got a CAI and it pulled hard all through the RPM range from then on
