So to start...got the basics...3'' cat back magna-flow...CAI..TBS..Cortex tuner.. Wondering what else a guy could do for some performance. Camshaft? Headers? Any advice or ideas?

 

You can do cam, heads, headers, verter, gears, diff, new valve body, new throttle body, shift kit, better tuning, cutouts, spray, turbo, supercharge..... there are so many options for performance....

Need more info on your truck. Is it a RCSB or a QC? 4wd or 2wd? Lifted with large tires? Stock? Lowered with street tires? Do you tow? do you like heading to the track? What do you do with your truck? Is it an off-road truck or is it more of a street truck?

 

When you say TBS do you mean Throttle Body Spacer? If so take it off. They are useless and at times actually hurt. Use it for a paper weight and it will do a better job than it is on your engine.

 

06 1500 sport quad cab. 4x4... Do a mix of city and highway driving. Not looking to overkill it. Just give it some more power. Got stock 20's and in the summer got 22's with 305/40/22.
