Default Body Lift - Rear Bumper Brackets

My truck already had a body lift on it when I bought it. The rear bumper hasn't been raised up, but I'd like it to be. Who knows what the idiot did with the brackets.

I talked to summit racing about getting the rear bumper brackets for the PA 3" lift. For 3 brackets, they want $137.97 (2 x $46.99 for the sides, $43.99 for the center). I think this is a little crazy.

You guys have any ideas? I guess I'll have to rig something up. This is what they are supposed to look like:
