Good luck with that! My buddy had his uprights on his grill guard start to peel on him. Hoops and bars still looked like new but the uprights were about half peeled and rusted. I called three places in east/central Florida and you coulda gotten an entire new Warn grill in stainless for what any of them wanted!

I ended up sandblasting his uprights and ordering his truck color paint (metallic pewter) and color matching them. coat of primer, 4 coats paint and 2 coats clear. Came out nice...
