For the first while, there would be a hefty deposit (like full replacement cost) that would be returned minus rental fee once received in good shape. Once the replacement fund has been built up, the deposit will decrease to make it more accessible to the everyday users.

Again, thats why it would be most advantageous for users of the same general area to all pitch in for a weekend or week of use.

 

I would be interested in a starscan tool, mainly for the foglights on with high beams option, since I can’t find a dealer around here that will enable it. I would also be interested in seeing what other options can be changed, not that I would necessarily change them, and any other things that the starscan can do. But like weedahoe said, if it were cheaper, it would probably be in everyone’s toolbox right next to their Superchips/Diablo/SCT, etc. But unfortunately, at $3k-$5k, it’s definitely not going to be in mine anytime soon.
