Did you notice a big difference in performance with the stall? What do you use your truck for? Do you hit the track, or mostly just a street truck?

Oh yeah, I thought that the difference from my gear swap was the most noticeable difference over stock, but after the TC swap that no longer was the case. Its an imediate difference (no break in period).

My truck will see the trak a few times a year however it is mainly my daily driver, dive it 20 miles to and from work in rush our traffic and it runs great with everything done to it. And if I can get a kill at a red light every now on a car that fully expects to stomp on a heavy truck, well it just makes things that much better.

Nice, you are making me want to do this even more. I need to change my tranny fluid anyway, might as well drain it completely and refill with all fresh fluid/filters with the new TC right?

Any idea what your truck would run in the 1320?

Right now as it sits with no weight reduction and the tires that are on it now for everyday use (so 0 track prep) it will run low 14's all night. Last time I went out with a few friends I borrowed a set of DR's and it ran a 13.67 @ 102mph spinning the tires (have the slip somewhere in my truck just need to go find the damn thing). I need a set of slicks and caltracs to get some better grip and I want to remove the cover, tailgate and spare for the next run just to see what it is really capable of, then again I am a fan of running it how it sits everyday of the week. I hate the people that say "oh yeah I can completely smoke you, just let me go home and take off about 600lbs of stuff and throw on a set of DR's first".

I would have thought it would run a bit quicker than that with the S/C on it.

So i keep noticing that a lot of guys have the "power wire" mod done. I relize this is off topic from the original post but this post of mine seems to be rather active. what does the power wire do for you guys. I have watched the video on how to do it, but i am not sure what it is use for... Stupid i know, but whatever.

Power wire tells the computer to add fuel add wot by making the computer think it is 20 degrees(with the resistor i used) cooler depending on what resistor you use.
