Default 2002 Dodge Power Ram 1500 Sport

Hi I found a 2002 Dodge Ram that I am interested in but I'm not sure if it is worth the money. I am from Canada and the mileage on there right now is probably about 130,000+ miles.

Here is the link to the ad: http://vancouver.kijiji.ca/c-cars-ve...dIdZ286048761#

Is the asking price fair?

I know pricing in the States is a little different than Canada but to the best of your knowledge, is the Dodge worth what he is asking? Also, how long can the engine last if it is well maintained?

Not sure if it is a 4.7L or 5.2L. Thanks for your help!

its a 5.9 V8 with a 46RFE Trans.... it looks a little rough, but if you go a good tune up on it, should look and run awsome

Yeah the pictures are old pictures. The guy replaced the bumped cause its a little rusty but the tailgate still has a little dent on it.

What do you think is a fair price for it?

Asking price is on the upper end of the scale for that mileage, but not entirely out of line. Be aware that the 5.9 although it's a tank and if cared for can easily last well over 200k miles, is a gas PIG.

I'm thinking for around the same money or just a tad more you should be able to find an '03 or '04 Hemi 4x4 and have 100 more HP while getting about 25% better fuel economy...

so do you think $6500 or 7000 is fair or a good deal for me? Or still a little too expensive?
