um i would imagine that even if you could repair them it would look like crap still....search the forum for a thread about this....one member actually got a dealership to replace it.....
Yeah they sell covers for a few hundred that glue. On top of the existing dash. A few members here have used them and say that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from the cover and a real dash after its installed. I'm going to find out in a few months as my dash has been crumbling for a while now, and its getting increasingly worse. I have no more defroster vents, they're just holes now lol.
I had some small cracks in it. But the other day, I got in and as soon as I started it, I heard a loud click and found a crack that appeared right in front of me running from top of the speed-o to the pillar.
I was able to call up to dodge themselves when i had my 02 and they paid for part of my dash to be put in..I think if i remember right they paid like $150 worth of it and i had to pay the rest, but it def beats puttin in those dash covers..So you can always try and call up dodge and give them a bunch of crap about it
As said, covers are really the only way unless you find out out of a truck getting parted out. Now if you are good with fiberglass then the options are endless
