Default Superchip for 2 trucks?

hey again! Lookin for a quick answer. I just got my superchip 3865, could only say, amazing!

So i have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.9L and a 2004 ram 5.7L Hemi. I plan on selling the 03 and keeping my 04.

So i just used the flashpaq to tune my 04, and wow feeels greeeeeat. But i would like to see what my 03 feels like after being tuned aswell, also would be another selling point.

I noticed it saves my stock settings when i tuned it. Is there any problem in plugging it into my 03 now that ive tuned my 04? id love to see the difference it makes in my 5.9L.

Whats the take on this? thanks in advance.

You can only tune one truck, you would have to return your 04 back to stock to tune your other truck

Yep, would be like stealin'...

Return the '04 to stock and try the SC on the '03. You think you felt gains on the '04? Wait till you plug the thing into that 5.9 gasser, it was REALLY de-tuned bad at the factory. The SC will wake it up a lot more than it did the Hemi...

Ahhh kinda figured it would be something like that. Otherwise i guess someone could just buy a tuner and pass it around haha. Ok thanks for the info!

Yeah we have guys come in at the shop all the time quite upset after they buy a tuner, because they find out it wont work in another vehicle while its still tuned in the original vehicle. You tell them why it wont work like that it makes them even more mad and wanting their money back for it. Its a real silly experience.

haha ya i could imagine. Well obviously SC has to protect their product or like i said, you could just pass it around to all your dodge buddies and we'd all be tuned for 300$. Dont blame em at all, i always thought chips had to be kept connected to the truck so really its just a bonus i can put it in my garage after i have tuned it.
