Default My Mod List, Whats Next?!

Well here is my current mod list to my 2003 ram hemi, the new motor only has 2,800 miles on it. I am thinking gears eventually, bigger throttle body, I might fab a rear mount turbo.... who knows!

Why did you put forges pistons in it if you arent adding nos? So since they are in there, maybe thats what you should add now.

Three reasons:: One: Forged pistons were added because I am thinking about forced induction. Two: the stock pistons tend to roll rings under high hp applications because the rings are so high on the piston. Three: since I bored the cylinder walls I had to use an aftermarket piston, so why not choose a stronger one? Its piece of mind that you have stronger/better parts.

I agree. I had had flat top forged pistons and forged rods and crank in my Olds 442 because I planned on spraying it. We also used a halo girdle on the bottom end to help hold everything together. Forged is the way to go if you really plan on pushing it but I didnt know if you were planning on that or not

The motor build cost me 4k, thats purchase of another motor, plus the build, painting the block, etc. And yes, forged is the way to go lol
