You can run the rims on a stock suspension. A lot comes down to the chosen offset and tires diameters.

The Ram comes stock with 20's, why would you think you would need to lift for 18's?

besides them being the most played out rims on this dry spot we call North America, they will fit on your truck. Tire size is what determines if you need a lift, as you cannot fit 42/14.5r18s on your truck as is

I can tell you that WestKYCustoms is an awesome group to work with! Even from Oregon!!! Also you do not need a lift, at all you can easily run 35's on 18's. I would recommend for you going with a AT tire on them, it doesn't sound like you'd want to go the route of getting off-road tires, but AT in some lines will offer you a nice look and traction.

Nate, you can fit 33s stock but not anything over that, no matter the wheel. The trucks arnt lifted to fit 20s

Matt, Rubberfrog made them and I got it powdercoated black. Its been on a few months.

Wheel size doesn't matter, only the tire diameter does (well and width too for fitment). A 33" tire on a 17" wheel is still the same height as a 33" tire on a 20" wheel. It's just there isn't nearly as much sidewall on the 33" tire on the 20" wheel.

Max fitment on a stock truck is 33", with a coil over (all 4x2s and '06+ 4x4s) there is slightly less room for width though.

And I kinda gotta agree with Matt here, every 16 year old in my area who's mommy bought them a truck seems to have Rockstars. It's the new "spinners"... LOL...
