New truck?
I need to replace my '01 2500 V10- just had a cracked cam sensor replaced - $300, now the PCM is bad - $1000, it needs tires within the next month... I'm spending more now than when I was still paying for it!
Last night I found this truck for sale very locally for $10,500 - they've dropped the price twice in the past 3 weeks since they listed the truck. Am I walking into a bigger problem, assuming it's even still available? I don't care about body damage, I just want to know why there's a new engine, where did they get an '07 engine with low mileage that runs well, is this - either '03 or '07 - a notoriously bad year for the Ram? All the stuff I don't know but you guys probably do!
2003 Dodge Ram 2500, 4 Wheel Drive, HEMI V8 5.7, Automatic, Trailer Towing Pkg, Gooseneck, Nav System, Leather, Running Boards, Bed Liner, Front Tow Hooks, CB Radio. Too much to list. Runs excellent. 2007 Hemi Motor in truck, has 12,000 miles on motor. Big Dent on Driver's side, and other small dents. Even with body damage, it books for $17,190 in Fair condition.
