Default SRT Rims on a Quad Cab 4x4 SLT ???

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know much or have an opinion on putting 20" or 22" SRT Ram wheels on a 2007 Quad Cab 4x4 SLT? Is there any issues with the rims on a 4x4? I was looking at buying from the company "Factory reproductions" that make clone wheels.

I think they would look good, I have only been able to scrape up one photo of a Quad cab 4x4 with these rims. It was a silver Ram Daytona 4x4. I thought there would be more 4x4's out there with SRT rims.

Any thoughts, experience's or suggestions? Does anyone have a pic of SRT wheels on a 4x4?

Thanks!!!

My truck has 20" stock. 33" rubber. 22's will be fine. Just dont think you can go 4-wheeling offroad with skinnie-minnie tires!

Mine has the stock aluminum 20's, I sliced open a sidewall, so I was thinking of getting all new tires and wheels.

I would love to see some quad cab 4x4's with the SRT wheels! I am surprised that I don't see any. I thought they would look awesome, but maybe they just look wrong...not sure?

If I went with the SRT 20's and went one size of tire bigger, it might look good? Are the SRT wheels wider than the factory 20's on an SLT?

You're not gonna find many, if any, because that's more of street truck wheel. And while it does look good (I wouldn't mind owning some) most 4x4 guys are off roaders and thats the thing anything SRT is not lol

Would the SRT wheel be anymore fragile than some fancy polished wheel from someone aftermarket like eagle, Ultra Wheels etc ?

I would probably need to find out about width of the SRT wheel and see if it's the same?

It would depend on the wheel. But yes an SRT 10 wheel will not be as strong as an off road type wheel and I couldn't see it taking too much off road abuse but I could be wrong.

Have a set chopped to your vehicle? What do you mean?

Does anyone know what the factory width is for the 20" rim on quad cab 4x4?
