Had fun today putting in some interior lights with my dad. We put 2 12 bulb LED strips under each side of the dash and then three LEDs in the cupholder area with the help of butch1581's D.I.Y for the cupholder ones. Then we ran a switch to that litle pop out switch holder thing under the headlight switches. I didn't think to take pics of the setup in the light, but I got some in the dark with it all lit up. I'm very happy with it.

I always thought these trucks were missing something by not having the floor lighting that my old 92 GMC truck did. I guess it's another cost-cutting move but most cars today don't have those and rely only on the dome light.

 

Nice, looks really good. I need to at least do the cup holder light setup, and maybe set some up in the back seats somehow. At night that dome light doesn't do much to light up the back floor board area.

 

Had some more free time and decided to go ahead and change the bulbs in the speedometer cluster out as well. Wasn't really hard at all.

 

Looks great! I really need to do this to mine....I hate not having floor lights when I get in the truck.
