Powder coating ain't cheap (although it sure is compared to chroming, LOL), I think if it was me and I was looking for an "off-road" set of wheels, I'd just go buy a set of Crager Soft 8s in black. Them steelies are strong and have been the Jeep off-road staples for years. Best thing is, even in a 17" flavor they are comparatively cheap, I've seen 'em offered at times for around $70 a piece with $25 flat rate shipping if you buy a set of four. I had a set of 15" ones on my '94 Wrangler way back and I think at the time I only paid about $42 each NIB...

I have the cragars on my cherokee and had them on my wrangler also. I paid 220.00 for each set of five in the 15" flavor.

Yea it's 2wd. And no they are about the widest you can go on the stock 20s. I have 1.5" wheel spacers that give me more than enough clearance room and look about perfect stance wise. I don't have any pics of the width right now.
