Oh that's an easy one Indy.
First get you a grill guard that accepts a winch mount, like the Warn Trans4mer, then get you a winch and mount it, using a roller fairlead (not a Hawse).
Then make you one of these for all of about $12:

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, you can do that too I guess for 36 bucks, but personally, I like my $2000+ solution better, LOL...
