Default 2" body lift

Does anyone know of a 2" body lift for an 07 1500 QC 4X4. Am thinking of boosting it up a bit more but don't want the full 3". The truck is leveled now and don't want a suspension lift to replace the leveling kit.
How about using a 3" and trimming an inch off the blocks and modifying the bumper brackets?
On a similar note. If anybody has installed one, would I have to worry about the airbag being set off when undoing the steering? Does the steering have to be undone or just loosened and retightened when lifted such as an older bronco I did years ago?
Just looking at some options!
Thanks

There isn't one, but you can run a 1 inch BL. Oh wait, noticed you are an 07. NVM.

They don't make a kit, performance lifts . com has the one inch blocks. You just have to buy longer bolts. ANd grind out the bumper brackets to fit.

That would be the only thing you would have to do on your own.
