whats the max size speakers i can fit in my 2005 1500. Looking to replace all of them and add the dash speakers. Crutchfield says 3 1/2 for dash, 5 1/4 behind seats and 6 1/2 in the doors. But i wana know the max size i can fit.

 

There are some shallow mount 6x9s that will fit in the front doors (that's what's in there stock) and there are also a few 6.5" that will fit in the rear doors. Almost any speaker you put in either location will require you to at least drill new screw holes or use self-tapping screws. A dremel could also come in handy if you want to get creative, just watch the depth, so your windows don't hit the magnets.

Just realized you don't have four doors. I don't have any info on the rear speakers in that case.
