Amen!! I have been saying that for god knows how long. Detuning does not work to give more mpgs, but making the vehicle run the best that it can, perform the best and running much more efficiently than stock will get you much better mpg's than you would running a detuned POS. I have worked mine to give it more and more power, and while yes If I am on it constantly the MPG's drop, but if I drive normal and just give it enough to get up to speed, I use less peddle to achive the same speed as I would have used to when it was stock.
