Default What a time finding Black wheels with a Negative Offset! XD Series Addicts

I was running V-Tec Raptors with 33inch BFG KM2 Mud Terrains since I got the truck a couple of years ago. Since its about time for tires I decided I wanted to get rid of these damn 2 inch spacers that I ran with the V-Tec's while I was at it. Man I tell you what I searched and searched trying to find decent wheels with a negative offset so I could run some 35's on my 2008 1500 with out having to run spacers! The V-Tec's had a Positive 18 offset just like 90% of the wheels on the market for our trucks!

So after a few weeks of hounding local tire shops and searching around the net for something with the negative offset I needed AND with a minimum of 0 offset to make the 35's clear the Upper Arms and the right bolt pattern of 5 on 5.5 I finaly came up with the XD Series Addicts with what I am told is a "Les Schwab Exclusive" bolt pattern. I had never heard of this before but I guess some bolt patterns on certain wheels only get sold to certtain compainies???

Any way here is what I started with 17'' V-Tec with 33'' BFG KM2's

Then I went and got the XD Series Addicts with a 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern and -12 offset wrapped with 35''x12.5'' Nitto Trail Grapplers

But when they showed up and I see the Cheasy *** fake beadlock bolts I was like WTF! So I pulled that **** right on outa there. Most of them came right out with a pair of vicegrips and a little persuasion.

So I got rid of it by drilling the tabs on the back a bit.

But then I was left with this mess.

So I grabbed some black vinyl for the time being and just covered the center of the cap.

Do you have any lift on your truck? I ask because I have a -12 offset wheel with a 305 55 20 tire. I would like to put on a true 35x12.5x20 but am worrying they will rub the bumper or bottom of the fender. I have the same flares you do. Could you please take some pics of the clearance in those areas. Looks great by the way.

I have Rancho Quick Lift Struts in the front and a 3'' Body Lift and I dont think I am going to get any rubbing anywhere. We shall see as soon as I get her off road this weekend.

I have a friend that has a machine that cuts plastic just like a CNC Machine. He can do anything I want, just trying to figure out what I want to put in the 80 empty holes.
