I just bought an 08 Quad cab ST?? with 17K miles. Still smells new! I have only had it a few days but I love this thing!! It is a 2wd with no power options except the HEMI! The truck also has a K&N CAI. The power this thing has is great. I am looking at getting a programmer and exhaust soon. Great site lots of info

Thumbs up

Good luck with your new ride. With less extras, there is less to go wrong, less draw on the electrical system and you save on weight. Sounds good to me.

Welcome to DF. Congrats on the new truck.

I'd reccomend a Superchips Tuner with the optional Trans tuning feature. It'll really wake up your transmission. Quick shifts and responsive gas with the trans tune!
Check out my Superchips Compilation thread in the FAQ section. it's a quick version of everything in the entire 3,000+ Superchips thread sticky. Saves time...haha
I've got the magnaflow exhaust. Love the sound.
Stay away from chambered mufflers such as Flowmaster as they restrict flow. Installling a magnaflow Y pipe inplace of the stock crushed Y will yield better flow.

I love the look of the plain ST's. They have that no-nonsense "lets get this **** done" look. Congrats. I would put a carpet in that beast though. It warms the interior up significantly and can be had for $150 shipped through eBay.
