Default Leveling Safety Question

As far as my knowledge goes the safest way to level out the front of your truck is with new torsion keys. Is that correct? And evryone says they love the look of their leveled truck but I'm curious of what if any negative side effects there are from doing so so I can out way the good from the bad. The only good i see so far would be the look. The bad would be unnaturally stretching the upper balljoints and possibility of topping out stock sized shocks. Is this correct? I 'd like to get others opinions or knowledge.

You can crank the stock torsion keys or put aftermarket keys in and they both do the same thing. Some people can get 3" from cranking the stock keys but others like me can only get an inch. I just ordered some aftermarket keys and new shocks. You only want to go 2" no more than 2.5". It will put you CV axles at a bad angle

Yea, You can always do a 3 inch body lift too. Those look nice and you keep stock ride quality and no worries on the suspension. But like I said you can crank your stock keys and get a 2 inches for free. Thats about what I have on my truck with 285/70/17s.
