well my question is will a dashboard from a 06-08 fit on my 02-05 model with out modifications? or what shall i need to do if there is any?? any help would be appreciated thanks!

 

Also a good question is will the 06-08 seats fit and directly bolt up in my 02-05 model?

 

The only way to know is to try. Measure or make a mock up and find someone with an 06. If it measures the same then I'd give it a shot. I don't know what your headlight/ac/4x4 switches look like but that might be an issue. You can always make a few panels to house your old switches if they don't mate to the new one. I read that someone swapped 09 seats into their 3rd gen with a minor cut on the back seat so I'd guess that it would be a perfect match from 02 to 06. Keep us posted if you decide to try.
