And here is a link to the layout I am looking to do for my whole truck. Looking for some insight on this and some opinions. I have researched in depth and taken all the info from the cool guys on here and come to these conclusions. I am just looking for some reassurance, but from what I have heard I feel pretty confident. http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b3...ISETUP1JPG.jpg

That's a neat setup, Truckin', but do you get any vibration from the cats touching the crossmember?
I let one of my cats be too close to the frame side rail and got a wicked metal on metal tap, tap, tap - especially when off-road or even going over bumps. Rather than f*ck with it, I wedged in a piece of high temp cloth, the stuff used to protect from weld splatter. Had a buddy with a sign shop (it's the place I used to be able to go to for making my sill plates and other metal/aluminum sh*t), who gave me a nice piece of 2'x4' cloth I cut it out of. Did the trick...

I agree with HAMMER thats an amzing set up. Ok so since you did what I am looking at doing what did you do exactly on your truck. I know you ran long tube pacesetters to the cats, but is there any pipe between the headers and cats (what diamater?) and then you run 2.5 inch pipe to the Y adapter thaht is 2.5 in and a single 3 out, correct ? I just wanna make sure I am not missing anything. Because you basically did what I wanna do, who knows this better than you..lol..wait hammer might no more :-/
