I am looking to add more mods to my 02 Dodge ram 1500 5.9. But I am trying to a budget that I have made myself on my truck so I was wondering if anyone has good ideas on budget friendly mods?? I already have aftermarket exhaust and intake along with off road lights in grill

Search your title, there's been many threads like yours that will have some answers for you. You can also look around in 2nd gen for motor upgrades on that 5.9

 

Its a 3rd Gen. Not 2nd

 

Yeah but it's a bastard truck, 3rd Gen body/frame/suspension with a 2nd Gen power train.

Best bang for the buck is gonna be a Superchips tuner IMO, there are some real good gains of about 40 HP/TQ on the 5.9 because it was pretty well de-tuned from the factory (see "Death Flash")...

 

I heard of that death flash haha typical Chrysler product right...so what's the best super chips to get and about the prices on them? Also how do you feel about a 2inch leveling kit?
