The bad part of it all is that OPEC is turning billion dollar profits from the current gas prices. They were also turning mega profits back when gas was only $1 a gallon. It all boils down to greed. They raise the price, you get accustomed to it, they lower it a little and you think you're getting a hell of a deal. Then when you least expect it, they raise the price even more! Its a never ending cycle with the price of gas. It has been done for many years, and it will continue to happen for many more years to come.

Gas is about $1.30/Liter where I live. Cost me $80 to fill my dakota up the other day. I can't imagine having to fill a Ram up at the minute!

i am hoping the price of gas drops i am running on empty and i have to top up tomorrow. at the current price of 87 it would cost me $100 for a full tank but i like running the 91 octane gas because it has no ethanol but it cost about $10 more per tank. last fill up was at $5.10/gallon and the price has gone up a bit since i filled up last week.

It will go back down, is guaranteed to. After you get used to paying $5.10 a gallon and they'll lower it to $4.90. Then it'll go up to $5.50/gal and in a few weeks it'll go down to $5.10 again and you'll think you're getting a hell of a deal on that.I'm sure you know as much as everyone else does, that's the nature of the beast.

i know prices will rise and fall. the only thing that sucks is how much tax there is on the gas. it cost me $94.25 to top up my tank and $10.84 of that is tax. gas was $5.14/G today. without the tax it would have only been only $4.55/G. i also think i got my tax return so i should be able to afford gas for a while.

Well hear just outside of London Ontario ( about an hour away from Port Huron and 2 hours from Detroit ) we are paying $1.30 per liter for 87 and $1.40 for 89 and $1.50 for 91 witch converts to $4.94 87 and 5.32 89 and $5.70 for 91 per US gallon !

3.8 liters = 1 gallon

the biggest issue i see is the oil companies are making BILLIONS an TRILLIONS of $ and also both our Goverments are raking in big money from this rape of the commen working people !!!!!

And they wonder why some people are STANDING up and saying ENOUGH ! and then making new laws so they can shut them up and keep raking in the buck !!

OK i guess i am getting on a rant now LOL i shut up

Well I went fishing this morning on the intercoastal, needed gas in both vehicles so I decided to take the Grand Cherokee for two reasons: 1) I ditched my 2" coil spacers for 3" HD coils and was wanting to give them a good try off-road and the trail to get to where I was fishing is a big time test and 2) it gets about 5 MPG better than my truck.

I got gas and it's now over $4 a gallon here in east central Florida for 87 octane, I paid $4.33 for 93 octane!!!
