question to Truckin151 about exhaust
Hi Truckin151
I've read your thread about installing Pacesetter LT's
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...t-headers.html
I'm planning to do almost the same install but want to get rid of the factory cats and will get :
-Pacesetter LT's part# 72C2211
-Pacesetter 3" ORY part# 82-1187
-2 Magnaflow 3" inlet/outlet cats part# 94139 (oval cats with single sensor)
-o2 sensor extension wiring if needed
-(4) 3" bandclamps
the thing is that I can't weld because I don't own the tools for.
At the end of your thread, you say that we can do a 3" ID /OD on the cat but how do you do that ??
Can I use bandclamps to join the cat to the header outlet/ORY ??
If yes, what kind of style..?? butt joint or lap joint ??
Can you also tell me if there's a o2 sensor bung provided on the headers ??
If yes, I just will need 2 wiring extensions for the rear o2 sensor ...right ??
I hope my english is correct and clear..
thank you very much in advance
