Hey guys. Does anybody know what the differences are with the Sport model? I know mine has the painted grill and bumpers, but what else is different on the Sport model? 2002, 1500, Sport, 5.9

Sport model has a hood scoop?!

 

HEMI Sport had the scoop. Same scoop as the Rumble bee, but not the same as SRT-10s or Daytonas.

SLT Sports have a bland old hood.

 

2nd gen (and I believe 3rd gen) Sports are a SLT package with painted bumpers and grill. The 4th gen Sports are a step between SLT and Laramine Packages and is the first Package in the line-up that gives the option for the amp and 9-way speaker setup. In addition to also have the painted goods. The Laramine or the one above it allows for the 2 tone paint.

 

I have a 2002 1500 sport with the painted grill and bumpers. Mine also had a painted factory body kit, which I pulled right off when I got the truck
