Default steering stabilizer thoughts

so as you all can see i put some bigger tires on the truck !! love them but it seems the steering wheel has gotten a little sloppy , nothing to bad but i was just wondering if a steering stabilizer would make a differance ? i would rather it be a little stiffer than loose , i believe i seen one that bolts on to my 04 1500, any general suggestions would work !

Steering stabilizer on a rack & pinion??? I'm assuming it'd have to have a bracket that would bolt up near the inner tie rod, probably with a couple of U-bolts.

I can't see it helping much, if at all...

so looking further into this i dont think the stabilizer bar will work right but i did notice there was some fluid on both sides and the boots of my rack and pinion , maybe thats why it feels a little loose up there ? is a new one expensive ? im sure it may have to be replaced sooner or later .
